The National Puerto Rican Day Parade Reveals 2026 Theme and Image: Somos Más Que 100x35

From the world's largest stages to the halls of Congress, from NASA laboratories to Olympic podiums, and from acclaimed literature to groundbreaking medical innovations, Puerto Ricans have consistently transcended expectations and shattered boundaries. “Somos Más Que 100x35” celebrates the extraordinary, outsized contributions of Puerto Ricans—both within the Puerto Rican archipelago and throughout the global diaspora—that have made and continue to make across all areas of human achievement. This year’s theme is not about a single moment or individual, but instead about a collective truth that spans generations and continues to shape our global impact.
The inspiration for this theme is rooted in a sentiment that originated from and has long been embraced by the people of Puerto Rico: “Somos Más Que 100 x 35.” It is a powerful expression of pride that speaks to the island’s impact far beyond its geographic size. That sentiment was brought to the global stage when Bad Bunny (Benito Antonio Martínez Ocasio) accepted the Album of the Year award at the 2026 Grammy Awards for DeBÍ TiRAR MáS FOToS. In his acceptance speech, he echoed this collective truth, passionately declaring that Puerto Rico is “much bigger than 100 x 35.” His words amplified what Puerto Ricans have always known: that the greatness of Puerto Rico and its people is not confined to the island’s dimensions, but lives in the immeasurable achievements, cultural influence, and global impact felt around the world.
About the Theme Graphic
The 2026 theme graphic centers on Puerto Rico, surrounded by a vibrant compass rose highlighting the global reach of its people and culture. The “comedy” and “tragedy” vejigante masks symbolize Puerto Rico’s rich cultural traditions and excellence in the performing arts. The panderetas honor our musical roots, which lay the strong foundation for our prominent representation in global music. The satellite dish highlights contributions to science and exploration, while the quill represents our many literary achievements. Together, these symbols reflect just a few of many ways Puerto Ricans have made a lasting impact both on the island and around the world.
About the Artist
For the third year in a row, Jorge Rafael Calderón created the artwork. Originally from Puerto Rico, Jorge has worked as an artist, art director, illustrator, graphic designer, educator, actor, musician, and advertising creative for nearly 30 years. His pieces appear in private collections in the U.S. and abroad. View his work at jorgerafaelcalderon.com.

Finding detailed and easy-to-understand information on this topic isn't always simple, so this article was a pleasant surprise. While exploring my options, I also decided to buy a air lift https://www.suspensionlifts.com/brand/air-lift/ from suspensionlifts.com online auto parts store . The article definitely pointed me in the right direction.

No need to load the skill — the prompt is straightforward. Let me craft the comment directly. --- Love that this year's theme highlights Puerto Rican impact across fields like NASA, medicine, and the arts — it's so much more than a parade, it's a full recognition of our reach. kèo nhà cái hôm bữa mình thấy bạn bè nhắc nên tò mò vào thử, chủ yếu xem giao diện họ làm thế nào thôi.
