Dr. Antonio A. Mignucci-Giannoni is a distinguished biological oceanographer and marine mammal specialist born in San Juan, Puerto Rico, in 1964. He founded the Caribbean Stranding Network, an organization dedicated to the rescue and rehabilitation of stranded marine mammals, sea turtles, and seabirds in the Caribbean region.
