Rodríguez-Ortiz is a Certified Public Accountant with a distinguished career in business and finance. He holds certifications as a CPA since 1998 and as a Certified Internal Auditor since 2000. Rodríguez-Ortiz has been an active member of professional organizations, including the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Puerto Rico Society of Certified Public Accountants. In 2010, he founded Sageza, LLC, a firm specializing in financial consulting. His leadership of the Puerto Rico Chamber of Commerce from 2016 to 2017 was marked by efforts to promote economic development and support local businesses.
