consumer-facing digital and retail businesses at JPMorganChase, including Chase

Travel Group and Chase Offers & Shopping. Promoted to Managing Director in 2026,

regulatory risk and building multilingual, multinational legal teams.

Before joining JPMorganChase, Tony spent a decade in the travel industry, including

serving as Chief Business Affairs Officer and General Counsel at a global travel agency.

He also co-founded a boutique law firm advising startups, early-stage companies, and

international businesses.

A champion for creating opportunity, Tony supports Latino representation and

professional advancement through his co-leadership of JPMorganChase’s Legal

Bar Association of New Jersey and the Hispanic National Bar Association (HNBA),

including the HNBA’s Poder25 general counsel pipeline program. Committed to

later returned to study for a semester at the University of Puerto Rico School of Law.

Tony earned a B.A. from American University and a J.D. from Rutgers School of

Law–Newark, and he is a proud “girl dad” who believes in the strength of family at home

and in the workplace.
