Franke Rodríguez
Franke Rodriguez is a born-and-raised Nuyorican who has spent most of his life and career in and around New York City. Professionally, he is a Partner at Anomaly, a global advertising and marketing agency with 7 offices around the world. He joined Anomaly nearly 20 years ago, starting in the New York office as a junior account person guided by a sharp business mind (he holds an Economics degree from Columbia University). Five years later he became the youngest ever Partner and CEO, charged with moving to Canada to open the Toronto office, which soon became 100+ people. His responsibilities expanded again in 2017 to also lead the New York office as CEO. Since returning to New York in a leadership role across both countries, Anomaly has been named #1 Advertising Agency of the Year twice in the US, Global Multicultural Agency of the Year, and has been listed on Ad-Age's Top 10 A-List four times. Their current client roster includes several blue-chip brands like Amazon, Anheuser-Busch, Chevrolet, Diageo, Starbucks, Target, and Zales.
Franke has always believed that local businesses should give back to the communities they share, so Anomaly supports several not-for-profits, including DREAM Charter School in the Bronx, the Lower East Side Girls Club in Manhattan, and the Oasis Skateboard Factory in Toronto. Additionally, Franke serves on the Board of Directors of a not-for-profit in Brooklyn called Children of the City which helps provide resources for at-risk youth.
Outside of work, Franke is a very proud family man; with an amazing wife, Jennifer, and three wonderful children: Mia, Crista and Lucas. Big believers in faith and community, they are very active with their local church. Carrying that spirit of community and service into the entrepreneurial world, Franke and Jenny recently launched a new hospitality business in Brooklyn called Millys Neighborhood Bar which he co-owns with long-time friends and Partners Ron Leakey and Anthony Ramos.
